Crafting the Story of My Mystery Film

 The story of my mystery short film centers around a high school student who finds himself in the middle of a puzzling and potentially dangerous situation. The protagonist is a basketball player who enjoys his alone time on the court. However, when he finishes playing basketball, he notices something strange in the nearby pond.

As he approaches the pond, he sees a notebook lying on the ground. Curiosity gets the best of him, and he picks up the notebook to take a closer look. As he opens it, he's startled by a sudden jump scare, and the film ends abruptly.

The narrative of my film is intentionally mysterious and leaves many questions unanswered. Who left the notebook in the pond? What is its significance? What is the jump scare supposed to imply? These are all questions that I hope will keep the audience on the edge of their seats and wanting more.
